Return & Exchange Policy – TRIBLUON


First: Business Identification

TRIBLUON is a licensed online store in the State of Qatar, specialized in selling ready-to-wear clothing through the internet, and provides the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery

- Bank Cards (Visa / MasterCard) and Apple Pay

Second: Legal Basis

This policy has been prepared in accordance with the laws and regulations governing trade and consumer protection in the State of Qatar and the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Nothing in this policy shall result in waiving any legally established consumer rights. In the event of any conflict, the mandatory legal text shall prevail.

Third: Exchange and Return Cases & Timeframes

1. Change of Preference (Size / Color / Unsuitability)

The request is accepted within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product, provided that:

- The product has not been used or washed

- The product tag is present

- The product is returned in its original condition

- Proof of purchase is provided

- The product passes quality inspection

2. Manufacturing Defect or Non-Conformity

The consumer has the right to submit a request within a period of up to 14 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

- Manufacturing defect

- Damage during shipping

- Product not matching specifications

Fourth: Procedures

The request must be reported within 48 hours with attached photos, and the store has the right to inspect the product.

Fifth: Non-Returnable Products

Underwear, swimwear, and socks are non-returnable, except in the case of a defect.

Sixth: Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Cancellation with a full refund is allowed only before shipment.

Seventh: Delivery Fees

- Change of preference: delivery fees are borne by the consumer

- Defect: delivery fees are borne by the store

Eighth: Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Ninth: Processing Period

From 1 to 7 business days, depending on the case.

Tenth: Complaints

The consumer has the right to submit a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Eleventh: Policy Amendments

TRIBLUON reserves the right to amend this policy.
